Every workout is written before it is trained.
How I build it.
Each session begins on paper. The order, the loads, the rest, the pacing, the movement choices. I write it for the work itself, not for the camera.
Then I train and record it. In my own home, in real time. Nothing is smoothed out afterwards.

What I write, I do.
The session you follow is the one I trained, in the same order, with the same loads. There are no cuts. You see the session as it was.
I am the first person to train every workout I write.
Programs and Series.
The work takes two main forms.
Programs are structured cycles that run across multiple weeks. Each one has its own progression and purpose. IRON, IRON PRO, EPIC, MAX, Intent, Beastmode, P.E., Play, and Ultimate Beginner are all Programs.
Series are themed sequences. Many of them now live in their own right on CGX. On YouTube, the EPIC programs run in full. IRON on YouTube is a sample of the fuller IRON and IRON PRO direction inside CGX.
The full body of work lives on CGX.
How to begin.
- If you have never trained
- Start with Ultimate Beginner. The only guided beginner program in the system.
- If you have trained before
- Start with IRON. A structured strength-first foundation. Many people begin here.
- If you have finished IRON
- IRON PRO is the next layer. Not harder IRON, but the next cycle.
- If you want to begin on YouTube
- Start on YouTube with EPIC, IRON, or another series that suits where you are.

You do not have to read this to train with me. If you wanted to understand how it is built, it is here.
Start where the work tells you to start. Finish what you begin. Come back at the end of the program knowing something you did not know when you began. That is the work.
