01 · What this program is
P.E. is a ten-week hypertrophy Program built around pre-exhaust and post-exhaust training. The first five weeks place isolation before compound work; the last five weeks reverse the order. Fifty workouts, five days a week.
Most workouts run as supersets with no specific rest between movements. The Program is for lifters with the technique to maintain form under fatigue.
02 · Program structure
Five workouts a week, alternating upper and lower body. Splits include glutes and hamstrings, back and biceps and rear delts, quads only, shoulders and chest and triceps, lower body. Most workouts are supersets. A complementary cardio workout (10 minutes) and ab routine (15 minutes) sit alongside the main calendar.

It isn’t lost on me that you join me in my home.

04 · A note from Caroline
Whether it is the two-week Drop It series, ten weeks of IRON straight sets, four sets plus a staple as in Beastmode, low, medium, and higher volume days in Intent, or this P.E. program, I continue to be honoured, and I hope you enjoy the next ten weeks growing, learning, smiling, and inspiring others.
P.E. Ten weeks.
